Sutter Home merlot
Ground Beef
yellow onion
Basil
Mayonaise
Lemon juice
rice flour
paprika
Brie cheese
Extra virgin olive oil Foccia

 

Instructions

– On stove heat olive oil to 350 f and keep at that tempature – Unwrap the hamburger meat and mix with the merlot – Let meat marinate in the merlot for thirty minutes in fridge. – Cut your onions into trings as thinly as possible and set aside in fridge. – Meanwhile mince up the basil very fine – Mix the basil in with the mayoniase and add a splash of lemon jucie. set aside in fridge – Pull out meat from fridge and form into rectangle patti's and place on gril – While the merlot burgers are cooking, mix rice flour and paprika together. – Take thinly sliced onions and coat it in the flour mixture. – Put coated onions in the oil until crisp and set aside. – After you have flipped your burgers and the are cooked to your liking add brie cheese to the merlot burger and leave on the grill for 30 more seconds. – Cut the foccia and coat with olive oil. – But on the grill to toast for 15 to twenty seconds – Remove the burger and bread. – To plate : Place the bottom bun on plate. On top of that add your merlot berger then your crispy onions. Put youx mayonaise mixture and spread on the top bun and set next to your burger and serve it open faced.
