SOUR DOUGH GARLIC AND CHEDDER BREAD

1 BUNCH BASIL LEAFS
MOZZERELLA CHEESE
COLBY JACK CHEESE
GARLIC
MAYO

IN A BIG BOWL PUT ALL TURKEY.AND SAUSAGE MIX FOR ABOUT 3 MINUTES UNTIL BLENDED THEN PUT BREAD CRUMBS AND EGG BEATERS MIX FOR A MINUTE THEN PUT MUSHROOM SAUTE .TO MAKE SAUTE HEAT PAN WITH OLIVE OIL,PUT ONIONS FIRST COOK UNTIL SOFT AND GOLDEN THEN CHOP UP PORTABELLLO OSTER AND CHENTELS DICE VERY SMALL COOK WITH ONIONS AND THEN PUT TAMARI AND SALT AND PEPPER COOK UNTIL MIXTER IS BROWN ABOUT 10 MINUTES COOL BEFORE PUTTING IT IN TURKEY MIX THEN PUT HALF CUP PESTO AND HALF CUP ARTICOKE JALAPENO DIP MIX WELL FOR 3 MINUTES
