MY HUSBAND LOVES MY MEATLOAF RECIPE, BUT DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS, WE LIKE TO COOK OUT ON THE GRILL AND SELDOM USE THE OVEN. I CAME UP WITH AN IDEA FOR MY MEATLOAF RECIPE COOKED ON THE GRILL AS A "MEATLOAF BURGER." MY HUSBAND LOVES IT!>

Ingredients 

2LBS. GROUND CHUCK OR GROUND SIRLOIN
1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
1/2 CUP CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
DASH OF SALT
DASH OF PEPPER
1 LARGE EGG
1/2 SLEEVE RITZ CRACKERS
2 TSP. WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1CUP CATSUP

Instructions 

MIX FIRST 5 INGREDIENTS ADD BEATEN EGG,FINELY CRUSHED CRACKERS, WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND CATSUP. MIX WITH HANDS. MAKE INTO 6 LARGE PATTIES OR 8 SMALLER ONES. GRILL BURGER TO PREFERRED TASTE. WE LIKE OURS MEDIUM WELL. BUNS CAN ALSO BE TOASTED AND CHEESE CAN BE ADDED.
