Mean Green Dream Burger
Yummy burger that's good for you.
Add one pound of ground turkey, tvp, or firm tofu to the following ingredients:
1 cup chopped spinach
1\2 cup low fat cream cheese
1 chopped jalepeno
1\2 chopped red pepper
1\2 red onion
a couple tablespoons of wheat germ and or brewers yeast cook on the oiled grill make burgers topped with fresh tomatoes, lettuce, pickle and sauce can be unsweeted yogurt and cilantro plus a little dijon mustard on a really nice poppy seed bun- slightly toasted is best.
It's good served with grated sweet potato and yellow potato hash browns, with fresh green onions added and topped with a dolop of sour cream. Berry and pineapple cabobs round out the meal
