Mark's Unique Burger

My name is Mark, and ever sense I had to go on a low fat diet I have been trying to create a tasty burger utilizing very lean ground beaf. I know you will agree with me that this is the tastiest low fat burger you will find. ENJOY!


1Lb lean Grounf Beef 4% lean
1 large grade A egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tbl spoons BBQ Sauce
1 Vidalia onion sliced
Dill pickle mustard


Place the 1 pound of 4% ground beaf in a medium size bowl. Add 1 large grade A egg, and bread crumbs and begin mixing with hands till bread crumbs and egg are completely mixed into the hamburger. Make your paddies. Should make 3 to 4 depending on your desired thickness. Place paddies on a Grill on low heat. I place thongs under lid to keep grill even cooler. Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side. The grill will not flame as the meat is lean.


I'm confident when cooked accordingly this will be the best burger you have ever tasted.
