My husband Mark makes the best burgers I have ever tasted. The mixes and seasons the meat with several fresh veggies and makes the burgers with ground sirlon. They are yummy enough to make my mouth water at the thought of him making them. We love to serve them at backyard cookouts. Our friends always request he make them.
Diced Green Peppers
Diced Red Peppers
Cheese (sharp cheddar is the best)
Sliced Beefsteak tomatoes
Fresh sprigs of cilantro
Fresh thinly sliced onions
Bread and Butter sandwich slices
Mix ground sirlon with diced onoins, diced green peppers, diced red peppers, diced mushrooms, 1 egg ( to make it all stick together). Salt pepper and worcestershire sauce to taste. Grill burgers. Top burgers with cheese of choice and cooked bacon. Lightly grill buns. Top with horseradish sauce and light mayo. Add fresh beefsteak tomato slices, fresh alfalfa sprouts, bread and butter pickle slices, and a sprig or two of fresh cilantro, and fresh sliced onions. EAT AND ENJOY!!
