Marinated Hamburgers

I found this recipe on the internet. I have used it with beef, and turkey and ground chicken with great success. My family loves it, and I love the fact you can just mix it up into patties, marinade,and grill.Add your own toppings, and you have a juicy burger with flavor.


Marinated Hamburgers
1 1/2 lbs Hamburger
3 T. Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. steak sauce
1 T. oil
1/2 C. beef broth
1 tsp. ketchup
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. vinegar


2. Take hamburger and shape into patties. 3. Place in a covered container and pour marinade mixture over the hamburgers. Cover and refrigerage 12 hours or overnight. 4. Remove from marinade and sear over high hear to seal in the juices.


These are the best hamburgers, with beef,pork and chicken, have not tried with turkey yet. Just add the topping that you like, for each burger. These burgers can be made ahead, frozen, and ready to cook when needed. We just love these burgers.
