maple burger
Ingredients
1# lean ground sirloin
/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon dried, minced garlic
1/4 cup walla walla onion diced and sauted
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4-8 slices garlic and herb cheese (optional)
Instructions
Combine ingredinets in to medimum bowl and mix by hand. Chill at least one hour. Form in to four patties and grill to desired temperature. Top with cheese if desired. Put on a bun with desired toppings and take a big bite!
