low/fat razzy-turkey-burger

Ingredients 

1-lb fresh gound turkey
3/4c.frozen raspberries
1,1/2 tsp.fresh minced ginger
1T. rice vinegar
1/4tsp white pepper
1/2tsp.lime juice
1tsp.lemon juice

Instructions 

Place raspberries.ginger,rice vingar, pepper,limejuice and lemon juice in saucepan.Cover and simmer over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes,stirr.Remove from heat and set aside to cool.Perheat Broiler or hot coals.Pour cooled berry mixure into blender and blend well.Strain berry mixture through sieve to remove seeds. Mix 3/4 berry mixture into ground turkey, save 1/4 for the finish.Grill turkey patties 3 to 4 minutes on each side.plate and top with 1T of berry mixture.

This is a Great tasting burger without the fat,enjoy
