You won’t need a bouquet of flowers when you share our Pinot Grigio. This crisp wine with floral aromas is a wonderful way to make an entrance.

Ingredients

marinade for shrimp:

18 21-26ct. shrimp(peeled, deveined,& butterflied)
1 oz. worcestershire sauce
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. vegetable oil
1 tsp. greek seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
cocktail sauce:
5 min.
1 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. horseradish sauce
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
chipolte mayo:
10 min.
8 oz. blue plate mayonnaise
3 1/2oz. chipolte peppers,seeded & chopped
1 tbsp. garlic powder
hamburger patties
30 min.
36 oz. ground round (80/20)
2 lge. eggs
2 oz. worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. greek seasoning
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 1/2tbsp. creole seasoning
1/2 cup italian breadcrumbs
other ingredients:
6 herbed focaccia bread squares
3 cups lettuce shredded
12 slices smoked gouda cheese
oil to grease grill

 

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients for shrimp marinade in a zip-loc bag and mix well. Reserve in refrigerator until ready to cook burgers. 2. In a small bowl,mix all ingredients for cocktail sauce and set aside. 3. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients for chipolte pepper mayo and reserve in refrigerator until ready to dress burgers. 4. In a large bowl combine all ingredients for the hamburger patties and mix thoroughly but do not over mix, look for a uniform, even color. 5. Divide meat mixture into 6 balls and make into about 3/4in. thick patties. 6. Shred lettuce, thin if possible. 7. Cook on oiled,preheated grill at 400 degrees for 3 1/2 min. on 1st side. After you flip the burgers for the first time put the shrimp on the grill. Wait 3 1/2 min. then flip shrimp and burgers at the same time. Wait 3 1/2 min. take shrimp off grill and flip burgers, put on 2 slices of smoked gouda cheese to melt onto patties. 3 1/2 min. more and take temp to see that they are done. 8. Cut the shrimp in half longways,(with the butterfly) and arrange on the patties while on the grill. 9. Place top and bottom buns on the grill with the inside facing the heat for approximately 1 min. or until slight brownness occurs 10. Assemble burgers in this order from top to bottom, this is how it should look: Top bun Cocktail sauce Shredded lettuce Grilled shrimp Gouda cheese Hamburger patty Chipolte mayo Bottom bun
