Lexi's Burger

This is my mother's recipe that has been past down for generations. It has never had a name other than "Burgers" so I named it after my daughter (corny).

Ingredients 

1 pack of 5lb burger (as little fat as poosible 5% fat is the best) approx.
1/2 cup Garlic and Herb bread crumbs
2 raw egg
s few dabs of dijon mustard
few drops worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
basil
salt
pepper
garlic salt

Instructions 

throw all ingredients including hamburges in a bowl and use hands to combine. Once combined make into thick patties. These can be pan fried or cooked on the grill. Best cooked MR to MW. Toppings: sliced red onion tomatoes lettuce horseradish mayo
