Lean Burger

Reduce Calorie,less oils, tasty,my favorite lean burgers


1lb. ground chuck
1/2 tsp. pepper
pinch of salt
1 tblspn sutter's Home (your choice)
1/4 onion spiral
1 tomato sliced
1 cup spring water
1 egg (slightly beaten)
1 tsp garlic powder


Mix ground chuck,egg,garlic powder,and pepper.untill well blended. Set in refrigerator for 7 minutes. Use skillet,non-stick base. Place on burner. Add one cup spring water,Sutter's home wine(of choice). Bring to a slight boil. Remove ground chuck from frig. Add ground chuck to water,and wine.(Please round and flatten burgers to your sizing) Cook on medium high heat,notice fat releasing in water,oil mixture.Drain off accordingly.Do'nt fry burgers. Burger are done when firmed.About 15-20 minutes, normal take out size. Serve with spiral onion, and tomato on top.With or w/out buns.


Sutter's home wine can be used,w/out bun,pour tspn of wine on top before garnish
