Last Minute Burgers

These burgers are a quick, easy meal that I can whip up in minutes. After a long day at work or chauferring my kids to after-school activities, it is sometines too late to cook an extravagant meal for my family. This recipie is just as tasty without me having to spend hours in the kitchen. I just grab the pre-packaged beef patties from the supermarket, brush on the seasoning, and toss them on the grill. My kids love it alongside 5 Minute Fries. Nothing brings my family together like a good burger!

4 five ounce store made chuck beef burgers
4 hamburger buns
8 tablespoons browning & seasoning sauce
1 tablespoon steak seasoning
4 tablespoons mayonaise
4 slices  stacker's dill pickles
4 tablespoons ketchup
4 pieces of romaine lettuce
4 slices deli sliced yellow American cheese (optional)
4 slices of ripe tomatoes

-Brush both sides of the burgers with Browning & Seasoning sauce - Lightly sprinkle with steak seasoning -grill on "high" setting until you see pink droplets surface on burger, then flip. -Top with cheese slices. -grill other side to a little before desired doneness, as they will continue to cook off the grill. -while burgers are grilling, lightly coat both sides of burger bun with mayo as this prevents the bun from getting too soggy. -Remove burgers from grill and place directly onto prepared burger buns. -top with lettuce, tomato slice, ketchup, and pickles -Serve immediately
