The idea of a Lasagna Burger came to me because at the cookouts I had gone to, the guests wanted to have lasagna and hamburgers. I thought to put these favorites together so you could have the taste of both. The additon of the Sutter Homes Burgundy Wine to the beef burger gave it an improved richness. I wouldn't make these patties again without it! The Lasagna Burger has now become a must at our cookouts and a request to bring with me to cook at their cookouts!
