King’s Hawaiian Summer Burger

Paired or alone, there's something magical about this creamy wine that nods to yummy peaches and sinful delights.

I wanted to do a different type of burger with a fresh summer taste since I was using King’s Hawaiian sandwhich buns I decided to add pineaple to it.

Ingredients:

Patty
1 1/2 pound of ground beef 80/20
2 tablespoons of green onions
2 gloves of miced garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar

Mayonnaise
8 oz of regular mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of lime juice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of dill
1/2 teaspoonof salt
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

Toppings
6 slices of bacon
6 thin slices of pineaple
6 slices of american cheese
6 slices of big tomatoes
12 slices of onions
1 cup of slice mushrooms
6 king Hawaiian Sandwhich buns

Instructions:

Patty= Mix the ground beef with the cilantro, green onions, miced garlic, salt, black pepper, and the red wine vinegar. Lei it marinade for about 30 minutes.
Then make 6 4″ inches burger patty. Pan fried for about 5 minutes on each side.

Mayonnaise= Mix mayonnaise with lime juice, olive oil, dill, salt, and garlic powder. Spread over the both sides of the buns.

Toppings= Saute the pineaple slices for about two minnutes on each side and set aside, then saute the onions, bacon and mushrooms until brown.

Building the burger= In the bun with mayonnaise place patty, cheese, pineaple, tomato, bacon, onions and mushurooms. Cover with the other bun and its ready to eat.
