I have been serving these burgers for many years and I have not met a person who didn't like them.
Take ground beef and make 3/4 lb patties. Sprinkle Meat Tenderizer, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, and Steak Seasoning over the patty liberally. Pour a drop of barbecue sauce on the patty and rub the saucein over the seasonings and completely cover the side of the patty. Then, ball up patty and mix it up with your hands over and over until seasonings are combined throughout patty. Flatten back out and reapply the seasonings and barbecue sauce and ball them up again. Repeat this step one more time and then they are ready for the grill!
This recipe can be altered to those who don't like as much flavor to only 1 or 2 combinations of the seasonings. You can also make smaller patties of course. My idea of a good burger is one that doesn't need additional toppings, but top as you wish.
