RECIPES: Recipe Details
I started making these "Katie" burgers a few years back, after going out to some restaurant chain and having some bland, overpriced burger. I came home and thought "I can make a better burger!", so I did...;) After a bit of experimenting I came up with "Katie" Burgers. I now am required serve them at all my BBQ's (under threat of bodily harm if I don't!) To top it off, I've even heard of one guy who had a dream about these...enjoy!
2lbs Ground Beef
2 tablespoons of seafood seasoning
2 tablespoons of Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon of Black Pepper
1/2 tablespoon of Coarse Ground Sea Salt
1/4 tablespoon of Ground Black/Red Pepper
1/2 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
1 egg (optional)
Combine ingredients in large bowl, mixing together with your hands. Form into flat patties, with a small indentation in the center. Dollop the patties with the worcestershire sauce in the center, just before cooking. Grill to desired doneness
