1 tsp. Cumin
¼ c. Bread Crumbs

Instructions

1. Preheat gas or charcoal grill to medium – high heat. 2. Make the Salsa first: Mix avocado, mango, tomato and onion. Let sit refrigerated while preparing rest of meal. 3. Next, prepare the Cheese Topping: Mix together goat cheese and sour cream. Refrigerate. 4. Make Burger Stuffing: Mix together bacon crumbs and goat cheese. 5. To prepare Burger Patties, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, onion, chili powder, cumin and bread crumbs. Shape into 6 balls and then with two or three fingers push into burger balls to create an indentation. Fill that indentation with evenly divided goat cheese – bacon crumb mixture, leaving just enough room to close the indentation. 6. Close each indentation and gently flatten the burger balls into patties- until they are between ½ – 1 inch thick. 7. When grill is ready, spray with vegetable cooking oil, and place patties on grill. 8. Grill each side for 5-6 minutes to reach medium. 9. Place patties on lightly toasted buns, Slather with Salsa and Cheese Topping!
