Juicy Burgers with a Bite of Merlot & Caremelized onion Butter

This is a great burger that has an extra bite of flavor: Butter with Carmelized onions and thyme then further reduced with some Merlot. The flavored butter is inserted inside the patty so it slowly melts while the burger is grilling. Extra creaminess seeps throughout the patty.
