JODY’S Spinach Burgers
Ingredients
1-envelope Onion Soup mix
2-pounds ground beef
1-package(10 ounces)frozen chopped spinach,thawed and squeezed dry
1-cup shredded colbyjack cheese(about 4ounces)
1-red onion sliced
1-tomato
fresh spinach
8-kaiser rolls or hambuger buns
Instructions
1. in a large bowl combine all of the ingredients except the tomato, fresh spinach, and red onions. 2. shape into 8 seperate patties. 3. grill or broil unitl the burger is no longer pink in center(160'F). 4. serve on kaiser rolls or hambuger buns topped with fresh spinach leaveas, tomato, and red onion. 5. enjoy your spinach burger.
