Jersey Girls Turkey Club Burger
Who in New Jersey doesn't go to a diner. One of our favorite sandwiches to order in a Diner is the Turkey Club. Piles of turkey, bacon, mayo, lettuce, tomato sounds so yummy! And who in America doesn't love turkey. Its only our greatest tradition. So what better way to instill American pride with our local foods. Inspired by my New Jersey roots and a Patriotic pride, I assembled this creation with my favorite flavors of turkey, bacon, tomato and cheese.

Add the potato rolls to the grill to toast slightly.
To build the burger: On the bottom of the bun, generously spread the mayo/mustard mixture. Add the burger and top the burger with once slice of bacon, one slice of tomato and 4 leaves of arugula. Top with bun and Enjoy!
I hope your enjoy this burger as much as me and my family do.
