Jerk Sirloin Burger with Mango-Lime Mayo & Drunken Onions

I was born in the Carribean and if you know anything about the Islands you know we love our spices and we love our rum! We love wine too of course, especially if the two are mixed together. In keeping with that theme this burger really packs a punch! It explodes with flavor. You will taste the flavors of the Islands layered together to "Build a Better Burger". Enjoy!
