Italian Burgers


1-1/4 lb. lean ground sirloin
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1/2 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
5 eggs
3 tbs. fresh parsely, chopped fine
salt & pepper to taste or 1 teas salt & 2 teas pepper


Mix everything together very well. I do it with my fingers. Mixture should be moist to the touch. Form 6 patties. Depending on how hot your coals are-- we use charcoal-- cook for 10 minutes on each side. Make sure burgers are cooked through
