INSIDE OUT BACON CHEESE BURGERS

MY INSIDE OUT BACON CHEESE BURGERS IS A GREAT WAY TO ADD LIFE TO DULL GROUND BEEF.

Ingredients 

1 LB GROUND BEEF
2 TABLESPOONS FINELY CHOPPED ONION
2 TABLESPOONS WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 TABLESPOON KETCHUP
1 TEASPOON BROWN MUSTARD
1/2 CUP CRACKER CRUMBS
1 EGG
1 MEDIUM SIZE CLOVE OF GARLIC CHOPPED FINELY
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1/2 TEASPOON FRESH GROUND PEPPER
1 TEASPOON FRESH SAGE FINELY CHOPPED
6 SLICES OF BACON COOKED AND CHOPPED
GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
4 SLICES AMERICAN CHEESE
4 HAMBURGER BUNS

Instructions 

MIX IN LARGE BOWL, THE GROUND BEEF, ONION, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, KETCHUP, MUSTARD, CRACKER CRUMBS, EGG, GARLIC, SALT, PEPPER, AND SAGE. MIX WITH LARGE WOODEN SPOON, UNTIL INGREDIENTS ARE COMBINED. CUT BACON INTO BIT SIZE PIECES AND COOK IN SKILLET UNTIL DONE. (REMOVE JUST BEFORE CRISP STAGE. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWEL. DIVIDE BEEF MIXTURE INTO 4 SECIONS. TAKE EACH SECTION AND MAKE A BALL, MAKE A HOLE IN TOP WITH YOUR THUMB. PLACE TWO TO THREE PIECES OF BACON AND 1 TEASPOON OF CHEDDAR CHEESE INSIDE OF EACH BALL, CLOSE BALL AND CAREFULLY PAT INTO A PATTY. COOK ON A GRILL UNTIL DESIRED DONENESS. PLACE A SLICE OF CHEESE ON EACH BURGER AND SERVE ON YOUR FAVORITE BUN.
