imperial burger

This burger reminds me of a surf and turf dinner only it so much easier!!!!! Since I live near the Chesapeake Bay it only made sense to use our native crab meat in this wonderful burger.


1 lb lump crabmeat
1 lb ground sirloin 1 cup mayonnaise
2 TBL seafood spice
1 teas celery leaves
1 teas ground peppe
r 2 teas worcestershire sauce
2 teas hot sauce(more or less to taste)
6 sesame seed hamburger rolls
1/2 cup melted butter


combine all the above, with the exception, of the butter, and form into 6 burgers. Melt butter and set aside. Heat outdoor grill on medium heat for 15 minutes. Grill burgers for 15 minites and only turn once after 13 minutes. Grill for 2 minutes. Spread melted butter on 6 buns and grill buns for 2 minutes. Place burgers on buns and enjoy!!!


note---additional hot sauce may be used or none at all. It is merely a matter of personal taste. Whenever I have a cookout, this dinner is always requested because it is so good!!!!!!!!!!!
