½ cup Mayonnaise
3 oz chopped Pickled Ginger
(For burger patties)
2 lbs Ground Chuck
1 ½ tsp salt
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
5 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 Tbsp minced garlic
High Heat Grill spray for grill rack
6 Kaiser Rolls split
1/4 tsp Wasabi paste

Instructions

First preheat gas grill to Medium-High heat. To prepare Bean Sprout Slaw combine Bean Sprouts, grated carrot, chopped cucumber. Toss together in Medium sized mixing bowl. Next add Mayonnaise and chopped Pickled Ginger to mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed. Set slaw in refrigerator until ready to top burgers. To prepare burger patties place ground chuck in a medium mixing bowl. To ground chuck add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce and minced garlic. Mix with wooden spoon or hands until all ingredients are well incorporated. Divide meat mixture into six even portions forming into patties slightly larger around than the keiser rolls. To cook burger patties spray grill with Pam High Heat grill spray. Place burgers on preheated grill. Cook on each side for 3-5 minutes or until cooked to desired taste.. To assemble each burger. Dot the top half of each keiser roll with wasabi paste extremely sparingly. Wasabi paste on each bun should be almost invisible (dividing 1/4 tsp among all six burger buns). Next place 1 burger patty on top of the bottom half of the kaiser roll. Top the burger patty with 1/3 -1/4 cup of bean sprout slaw. Top burger with top keiser roll that has been prepared with the wasabi paste. Serve immediately.
