I can't believe it is Turkey "burger"
This "burger" is sooo good you will not believe it is healthier with less fat. It is super and even snoopy husbands and kids will eat it!
1 lb ground turkey burger
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 Cup italian bread crumbs
1 pack of Kaiser whole wheat rolls
mayo or dressing of choice
Mix first 8 ingredients in bowl until well combined. Fry as you normally would a burger, we do ours on the grill. You may pan fry w/a spray or broil in the oven too. These may nottake as long as a beef burger. depends on your preference. You may also fry bacon and garnish your sandwich with tomato, lettuce or onion. Add dressing of choice or none at all.
