My son thought Hulk would be an appropriate name for this burger since the raw ingrediants look very green.

*2 large cloves of garlic
*1 tsp. Colavita white balsamic vinager
*2 tsps. salt
*fresh ground pepper to taste

*1 cup packed fresh cilantro-chopped
*2 lbs. 85% lean ground beef
*1/4 of a med. vidallia onion
* tin foil for grill
*bakery fresh whole grain kaiser roll
*fresh greens for top-preferably baby spinach mix
*start by preparing a gaucomole spread: -mash 2 of the avocados -add 1 clove of crushed garlic -add vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp of the cumin, 1tbsp mayo, and 1/4 cup of the cilantro. -mix ingrediants well-store in refrigerator. *for burgers- in a large mixing bowl, add: beef,1 mashed avocado, cilantro, 1 tsp. salt, ground pepper to meet your taste, and 1/2 tsp. cumin. *in a food processor, chop onion and 1 clove of garlic- then add it to the beef mixture. *mix ingrediants-form into 6 large patties. *grill on foil-medium heat until desired doneness. I usually grill 6-8 minutes per side. I like well done.
