Hot Barbeque Burgers
Ground beef when prepared in different varieties can be tasty and exceptionally fun to prepare. This type of hamburger is both spicey and flavorful for those who love to spice up their appetite with some flavor. It is quick and takes no time to prepare for those who are in a rush for something quick, tasty and flavorful.
1 1/2 lb ground chuck
3 table spoons barbeque sauce
8 to 10 ground or chopped chipole peppers
1/2 large onion ground or chopped
3 table spoons of self-rising flour
3 table spoons of worcestershire sauce
8 hamburger buns, split
In a large bowl put uncooked ground chuck and all other ingredients except flour. Mix well. Add flour and continue to mix until mixture becomes slightly thickened. When this thickness occurs then pan out mixture into desired size patties. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Put patties into large baking pan sprayed with Pam or any no stick fat free cooking spray. Bake for 50 minutes to an hour. Take burgers out and let excess drain on paper towel. Let cool. When serving serve with condiments of choice. Makes 8 servings.
