Horsey Burger


2 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
3 to 5 T.horseradish
4 T. worchestershire sauce
2 to 3 cloves finely chopped garlic
1/4 t. liquid smoke
1 t. salt
1/2 t.fresh ground pepper
6 hamburger buns
6 slices of cheese(i use ceddar or pepperjack)
your choice of garnishes
oil for grill rack


1)mix first 7 ingredients together,allow to rest 30 min. in refrigerator. 2)get your grill started(I prefer charcoal)3)divide into 6 burgers 4) Grill to desired doneness 5) add cheese 6)garnish with whatever you like 7) serve on grilled hamburger buns 8)ENJOY!!!


The horse radish makes these burgers really juicy. If you prefer hotter burgers use super hot hosreradish
