Hoosier Corn Beef Burger

Pairs well with:

Pinot Noir

Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.

I grew up on a farm in Indiana. Beef was a staple in our diet. My family is very fond of a reuben sandwich,so I tried to mix the two flavors together. The result is a delicious combination of flavors. Even some of my grandchildren that do not care for the reuben seem to really like the burger.
