Ingredients:

1lb. ground beef
1 minced garlic clove
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 cup bar-b-que sauce
1 tsp.horseradish
1 1/4 TO 1 1/2 montgomery jack cheese
salt & pepper to taste.
onion 1 small
1/4 lb. pepper jack cheese

Instructions:

Heat skillet over medium heat with 1 tbp. of oil.
mix all ingredients together (except for cheese). Shape into hamburgers. Make a thumb print on one side of burger and put in 1 small cube of cheese. Cover with ground meat so cheese is in the middle of the burger. After turned on second side add onion. Sauteed until burger is done. About 5-6 minutes on each side. Add pepper jack cheese let melt and put onto bun.Add anything else you might enjoy. example: pickles
