Different spin to an old favorite toppings throughout burger as well as a tasty treat in the middle. No melted cheese to worry about with this burger
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 slices bacon, diced
1/8 cup of bleu cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 cups fresh soft bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons Olive oil
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Fry bacon and onion, leave grease let cool mix into meat with all ingridents. section into 4 balls make a hole with thumb and fill with bleu cheese, make into pattie. gril and serve.
Yummy! Serve with fresh garden tomato slices as well as leaf lettuce. Serve with Sutter Home's Sauvignon Blanc, or those who like red try Merlot.
