Place the med-well done burger pattie onto the toasted bun, top pattie with lose meat (about a 1/2 cup)and beef juice from pan, top lose meat with processed cheese slice and then sauted mushrooms, onion slices and then peppered bacon to finish, top with top hamburger bun

This burger is such a surprise of flavor with the beef juice and peppered bacon, then the cheese and sauted mushrooms top it off the textures of the two different meat mixtures and the crunchy toasted bun. This burger pleases without being too gourmet or too feminine for the guys. It's good!! And different !!
