Pinot Grigio

You won’t need a bouquet of flowers when you share our Pinot Grigio. This crisp wine with floral aromas is a wonderful way to make an entrance.

Ingredients

11/2 lbs. of 80% Ground Beef
1 Spanish Onion minced or processed
2 cloves of crushed Garlic
4 oz. of chopped canned or fresh Jalapeno
6 slices of smokey Bacon cooked and chopped fine or processed Researve 1/2 for Topping.
3 Teas. chopped Rosemary-2 Tabls. if fresh
3 Teas. chopped Thyme-2 Tabls. if fresh
11/2 Teas. salt
11/2 Teas. Black Pepper
2 Teas. Bacon Drippings
11/2 Teas. Worcestershire sauce
11/2 Teas. Liquid Smoke
1/2 Teas. Grated Nutmeg
1 Teas. Cayenne Pepper
Sweet Balsamic Vinegar Reduced to 2 Tabls.
1 16oz. can of crushed Pineapple drained
4 Black Mission Figs minced
12 Hawian sweet Dinner Rolls
2 oz. minced Jalapenos

 

Instructions

Mix Pineapple,Figs, minced Jalapeno and Balsamic into a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer then remove from heat and add 1/2 Bacon Bits mix well and researve in a warm place.
Mix together the first 13 ingredients with the Ground Beef, Form into 12-2oz. balls then flatten and make a dimple in the middle so they cook up flat. Cook on a very hot grill for about 2 Min. per side or untill Medium done. Should be slightly firm to the touch. Remove from heat and rest.
Cut the rolls in half and toast on the grill for a moment just enough to lightly brown.
Place Burgers on top of the Bottom of Rolls and Top with the fruit Mixture, then top with the Roll Tops.
