RECIPES: Recipe Details
I'm an American and I devised the recipe myself through trail and error
2 lbs 80% ground beef (thawed)
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
1/4 cup chopped black olives
Appropriate condiments (catsup, piccalilli, sliced tomatoes)
1 package hamburger buns
Combine all ingredients and form eight 1/4 burgers.
Grill for four minutes (Iprefer my George Foreman Grill)
Pork and beans goes well with these as well as french fries.
I have doubled (and even tripled) this recipe and froze the excess burgers for future use.
