Greatest of All Time Aloha Burger

My hobbies include gardening and artwork. I like to entertain my friends and family. As we get together I like to create new recipes when we cook out. I am just sending one of my newest creations!!! Enjoy!!!!! _Elizabeth

Ingredients 

Mountain Goat Cheese Spread:
8 oz. fresh farmer goat cheese
1 medium skinless finley chopped garden cucumber
2 teaspoons finley chopped dill
Patties:
1 1/2 pound ground chuck
1/2 pound fresh ground bison
2 tablespoons finley chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 garlic cloves finley chopped
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 cup SutterHome Cabernet Sauvignon
Vegtable oil, for brushing the grill rack
2 grilled red bell peppers, cut in 1/4 inch strips
6 Slices of grilled pineapple
6 (4 1/2inches) soft Kaiser rolls, split

Instructions 

Prepare a medium-hot fire in a charcoal grill with a cover, or pre-heat a gas grill to medium-high. To make mountain goat cheese spread: Combine goat cheese,dill and cucumber. Mix very well. Refrigerate until serving. To make the patties: Combine chuck,bison,parsley,garlic,wine,egg,saltand pepper in a large bowl. Handling the meat as little as possible to avoid compacting it, mix well. Divide the mixure into 6 equal portions and form into patties to fit the rolls. Brush the grilll rack with oil. Place the patties on the rack, cover, and grill until browned on the bottom (4-6 minutes) Turn the patties and countine grilling about 5 minutes. Cut in 1/2 red bell pepper, remove the seeds. Place on rack and grill until tender. Remove the skin and cut into 1/4 inch strips. Place on the grill slices of pineapple and grill until golden. During the last few minutes of cooking place the rolls cut side down on the grill rack to toast. To assemble the burger place the mountain goat cheese spread over the top and bottom of the rolls. Place 4 strips of red bell pepper on the bottom half of the roll. Place the red bell pepper strips so that they are half way in and out. Place slice of pineapple and pattie. Add the roll tops. After assembling the red bell peppers should be visible. Serve and Enjoy!!!!!
