Great Lakes Burger
Ingredients
1 lbs. ground chuck
1 lbs. canned salmon (home made is best)
1 cup italian bread crumbs
2 eggs
*1/4 cup sweet onions (optional)
lemon juice from one lemon
Instructions
Mix together ground chuck, canned salmon, bread crumbs, eggs, and onions. Pat out into hamburger paties. Grill hamburgers until desired doneness. Brush top of burgers with lemon juice and again when burgers are flipped over.
