Ingredients

1 lb lean ground sirloin
½ lb lean ground turkey
Slices (as needed) of gourmet Havarti cheese (May substitute Swiss, or Cheddar)
1/2 Cup Chopped Baby Portabello Mushrooms
4 Tablespoons Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon
½ Tsp – No Salt
½ Tsp – Magic Steak Blackening
1 Clove – Garlic, Minced
Low fat Wraps, as needed
Condiments (Ketchup, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Raw Onions – per your preference)
*** The sauce below makes it so you should not need condiments; however, everyone’s pallet is unique (Recommend only raw onions and Lettuce in order to enhance the flavor of the sauce)
Sauce:
1 Cup Steak Sauce
1/4 Cup Worchestershire
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Teriyaki
1 Tsp Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon

Instructions

1. In medium sized bowl; combine all burger ingredients well. Refrigerate for 10 Minutes 2. Combine all sauce ingredients in small bowl, set aside 3. Take refrigerated burger mix and create patties (about ¼ in thick and the size of your full hand) 4. Coat skillet w/ non stick spray (Olive oil is best for taste) 5. Cook prepared burgers in skillet, per your preference (Best taste response seems to be with "medium-well" which brings out the flavor of the portabello mushrooms 6. Add cheese slice to burgers when they are almost done 7. Remove burgers from skill 8. Take lowfat wrap, open and spread, with a brush, the sauce as previously prepared on the entire wrap 9. Repeat so the sauce is absorbed partially into the skin of the wrap 10. Fold bottom part of wrap to meet the center of the wrap (This creates a “folder” look) 11. Set burger just below the lip of the folded wrap, inside the fold 12. Once placed, open the fold and add condiments as you prefer 13. Drizzle additional sauce onto condiments and burger 14. Once condiments are added, fold the wrap up again to create the “folder”. 15. Fold in each side of the wrap to enclose the burger. 16. Enjoy
