basic burger manufacturing, with a hint of the ritz..


2 pounds ground chuck... 80/20
bacon( 12 slices)
asparagus stalks( 36 tenders )
black olives( 1 can medium )
mayo ( 1/2 cup )
garlic ( 1 teaspoon diced )
onion buns


break apart and patty ground chuck into 6 portions... salt and pepper... wrap each piece of bacon around 3 tender stalks of asparagus( making 2, 3 stalk wraps per burger) dice olives and mix with mayo, add garlic... stir untill completely blended... grill burgers over medium heat placing bacon wrapped asparagus around the outsides turning frequently... cook burgers until firm to touch, and bacon wrapped asparagus until bacon is completely done... grill onion buns for a couple seconds, just to heat through... place burger on bun, top with 2 portions of bacon wrapped asparagus, 1 tablespoon of olive, mayo, garlic paste... serve
