Ingredients

1. 2 pounds lean ground beef
2. 3 TBS soy sauce
3. 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
4. 2 TBS ginger grated
5. 1/2 tsp salt
6. 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
7. 1 cup mayonaise
8. 3 TBS of Chinese Sriracha Hot Chili sauce
9. 6 wheat buns
10. 1/4 cup of sesame seed oil
11. 1 head of bok choy
12. 6 green onions

Instructions

In a mixing bowl add the following: 2 pounds of hamburger meat, 3 TBS soy sauce, one clove finely chopped garlic, 2 TBS grated ginger, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Mix together with hands. Do not overmix. Make six patties. Place on pre-heated grill and cook to desired doneness. While burgers are cooking do the following: Mix together mayonaise and Sriracha Chili Sauce. Set aside in refrigerator to be used as a condiment. Juliene the bok choy and set aside. Three to four minutes before burgers are ready (depending on fire) brush sesame seed oil on both insides of wheat buns. Toast buns on grill. After buns are toasted take an ice pick and make a horizonal hole from one side of bun to the other. Roll around ice pick to try and make the hold bigger. Take out ice pick and follow through with a straw, again trying to make the hold wider. Take green onion and push through hole with a bit of the white showing at one end and a bit of green showing at the other. On bottom of burger spread Mayonaise Sriracha mixture on bun. Next place buger down on bottom bun. Place 1/4 cup julienned bok choy on top of burger. Slather Mayonaise and Sriracha mixture on top inside of bun. Place top bun on next with the pretty green onion sticking out of the bun.
