Goat Cheese Portabella Burger

Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.

Ingredients

portabella mushrooms
sliced red onion
ground serlion
panko bread crumbs
hard roll
goat cheese
hard roll

 

Instructions

saute portabella mushooms iand onions and set aside
take 6oz ground serloin per patty and mix with panko
bread crumbs, and broil about 3 min. per side. take out
and let in rest a minute. take hard roll, and spead on
goat cheese, both sides. place bib lettuce on bottom,
then burger, and top with mushrooms and onion
