Ingredients

2 cups of balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup of Sutter Home red wine
2 pounds of ground chuck
2 tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
3 tbsps. Colovita olive oil
1 tsp. salt
6 pretzel rolls
2 ripe California avocados

Instructions

First take 2 cups of balsamic vinegar and cook in sauce pan bring to boil , let it reduce to a syrup then add 1/2 cup of SUTTER HOME red wine mix and set aside. Take 2 pounds of ground chuck add 2 table spoons of Grey Poupon mustard and 1 tsp of salt . 2 tsp of Colovita olive oil mix well,make patties and grill to perfection. Take pretzel rolls and cut in half brush with Colovita olive oil and grill until toasted. Take patties and put on buns. Cut a ripe California avocado in half and then slice and top burger add to top of burger. Then drizzle the balsamic/Sutter Home reduction. And EAT!!!
