Fresh Earth Burger

Because it uses herbs that reminds us of our herb garden at our home in Beaverton Oregon


2 lbs Ground Beef (no more than 12% fat)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1teaspoon lemon zest
6 Hamburger Buns
Mayonnaise to taste
Mustard to taste
6 slices white Onion
6 slices Tomato
Head Lettuce to taste


Step 1: in a medium bowl mix the ground beef, garlic powder, onion salt, black pepper, chopped mint, chopped parsley, and lemon zest until well combined.
Step 2: divide the hamburger mixture into 6 hamburger patties.
Step 3: Grill the hamburger patties and cook to taste
Step 4: Assemble the final burger by spreading mayonnaise on the top bun half and mustard on the bottom half. place the cooked burger on the bottom bun half. On the top half of the bun place lettuce, tomato, slice and onion slice. Close the the top and bottom parts and serve.
