Fajita Burgers

A great Mexican tasting hamberger for Mexican food lovers or the whole family. Easy to make and great to grill.


1 and 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 and 1/2 lbs. of ground sirloin
4 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
2 teaspoons season salt
1/2 teapspoons salt
14 shakes of Habanero sauce
10 limes squeezed
8 slices of chipotle cheddar cheese
2 Hass avacados, sliced lengthwise
Small jar of mayonnaise
small jar of thick and chunky salsa


Mix meat together in lg. bowl, add the 2 1/2 tablespoons of cilentro reserve the remaining cilentro for marinade. Add season salt, reg. salt and habanero sauce to meat mixture. Make burger patties and set aside. In non-reactive pan mix lime juice and remaining cilantro togrther, place burgers in marinade for approx 1 1/2 hours, turning once keeping cool while marinading. Slice avacados length-wise squeeze lime on to keep from turning brown. Cook burgers approx. 30- 40 minutes till done place cheese on each burger till melted also toast buns. Assemble: mayo top and bottom, lettuce, burger, tomato. avacado 3 slices, salsa. EAT and ENJOY


It's very simple but the taste is outstanding.
