bold flavors mixed with the things i like

Ingredients 

2.25 pounds of beef 80/20
2 teaspoons franks hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon a1bold
9 pieces thick bacon
1 medto large peach
6 buns focaccia
1 cup sour cream
3/4 crumbled goat cheese
1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
4 teaspoons salt (there will be extra just in case)
2 1/2 fresh cracked peper (there will be extra just in case)
2 teaspoons fresh chopped garlic (there will be extra just in case)
2 cups broccli slaw
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 large red onion
1/2 cup sutter sweet red wine
4 tablespoons butter

Instructions 

grill peachs slightly just alittle char set aside to cool
slice onion 1/4 inch thick and place inheavy pan on the grill and let reduce all the liquid show evaporate and keep warm
mix sour cream goat cheese lemon juice, lemon zest, 1/4 teaspoon each salt, pepper, fresh garlic and set aside to marry
mix briccli slaw olive oil 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon each pepper and garlic powder setaside to marry
mix beef hot sauce a1 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh garlic 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper peel and dice peachs about 1/4 dice mix and let rest about 15 min
grill bacon carefull not to burn but get crispy
butter both sides of buns and grill slightly just a light toast
patty burgers about 5 inch or to fit bun 6.2 ounce will vary slightly depending on peach grill onhigh for 3 minutes per side should be nice medium pink inside
assemble by placing 1 teaspoon sour cream sauce on bottom bun then burger then 5-6 onion ring slices then 1 1/2 piece bacon then 2 tablespoons broccli slaw mix then place 1 teaspoon sour cream sauce on top bun place ontop and enjoy
