It is extermely fast, inexpensive, healthy, and less than 6 ingredients to prepare.
1 cup onion
1 cup bell peppers
olive oil in bottom of pan
salmon - 2 large slices
2 tablespoons garlic
1 bottle chardonnay usine 3.4 cup in skillet. Drink the rest!
In a large, hot skillet add 1 cup sliced onion, and 1 cup bell pepper with ollive oil.
Blacken 2 large pieces of salmon and add to skillet.
Lower heat add chopped garllic.
Add 3/4 cup of white wine and simmer until mixtures makes a thick gravy.
