I came up with this when I wasted some Dr. Pepper on my burger


1/2 lb angus beef
1 cup of Dr. pepper
pinch of salt and pepper
1tsp of garlic
1 egg


Put the beef into the cup of Dr. Pepper. Mix the salt pepper and garlic. Make sure the garlic is in small pieces. With your hands put the beef in the bowl and mix well together. Have your grill at 400 degress form the beef into a patty and sit it on the grill about 10 mins. on each side. Or cook to temp you prefer


On a Soughdough toast bun Add BBQ sauce on both buns (top and bottom) Lettuce, tomato. If desired, American Chesse
