This is an easy to make, interesting specialty burger creating a unique texture and favor.
2 pounds chuck-pot roast-boneless ground once with fat.
1/2 pound peeled shrimp-washed large 20/25 count each cut in half.
6 tablespoons peanut oil.
1 tablespoon Orange Juice.
2 tablespoons dijon mustard.
2 tablespoons Sutter Home Pinot Noir.
2 tablespoons ketchup.
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar.
1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes.
1/2 tablespoon black pepper.
6 english muffins.
Place one pound chop meat in bowl. Add all oil and spices. Add all shrimp and second pound of meat MIX WELL. Make 6 rounded burgers making sure that the shrimp is covered by the meat in each burger. Gas grill-medium seting-pre-heat 10 min. Place burgers on grill 12 min each side. Remove from heat. Lightly toast English muffins on grill. Serve immediately.
