DOWN HOME SASSY BURGER

THIS RECIPE WAS CREATED DUE TO LIMITED LEFTOVERS IN THE REFRIG. INGREDIENTS

Ingredients 

1. 1 LB. GROUND CHUCK
2. 1/4 C. CREOLE SEASONING
3. 1/8 C. SALT
4. 1/8 C. BLACK PEPPER
5. 1 16.5 OZS. BOTTLE OF WATER
6. 1 2.25 OZS. JAR OF BEEF BOUILLION
7. 1/4 C. CHOPPED ONIONS
8. 1/4 C. DELOS' SECRET SEASONING!!! SHH!!!!
9. 1/2 C. SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
10. 1 81/4 OZS. CAN OF PEAS&CARROTS
11. 1/2 LB. YUKON GOLD POTATOES
12. 1 STICK BUTTER
13. 1 83/4 OZS CAN OF MILK
14. 1/4 C. OIL
15. 1/4 C. CATSUP
16. 4  POTATO BUNS

Instructions 

1. MIX GROUND CHUCK WITH CHOPPED ONIONS, CREOLE SEASONING, BLACK PEPPER AND SALT. MIX 3T. OF BEEF BOUILLION WITH 1/4 CUP OF WATER. ADD TO GROUND CHUCK MIXTURE. ADD DELOS' SECRET SEASONING. ALLOW TO REST TO BLEND FLAVORS FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES. 2. IN THE MEANTIME, WHILE THE BEEF MIXTURE IS RESTING MAKE SURE POTATOES ARE PEELED, WASHED AND DICED. COOK UNTIL TENDER ENOUGH TO MASH. ADD 1/2 STICK OF BUTTER AND 1/4 TO 1/3 CUP OF MILK. MASH AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH. KEEP WARM. MAKE 4 BURGERS FROM THE BEEF MIXTURE. OIL GRILL. ADD BURGERS AND COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL 165* IN THE MIDDLE. 3. DURING THE TIME THE BURGERS ARE COOKING, DRAIN PEAS AND CARROTS. ADD REMAINING BUTTER AND 2T. BOUILLION(BEEF) AND 1/4 CUP WATER. HEAT THOROUGHLY AND KEEP WARM. CHECK BURGERS. WARM BUNS. 4. ON TWO BURGERS, PLACE 2T. DRAINED PEAS AND CARROTS, 1/4 C. CHEESE AND 1/4 C. MASHED POTATOES. PLACE ANOTHER BURGER ON TOP OF THIS STACK. ALLOW TO HEAT ON THE GRILL FOR 3 MINUTES. PLACE 1 STACK OF DOUBLE BURGER ON A BOTTOW BUN AND TOP WTIH 1/8 C. OF CATSUP. TOP WITH TOP PART OF BUN. ENJOY!!!!!!!!
